A pioneering initiative in Morocco, this facility will help farmers in the region prevent losses of up to 30% of this vital crop, while also enhancing the quality of onions and boosting their export to both national and international markets.
The project, overseen by the Regional Project Implementation Agency – Fez-Meknes, comprises eight storage units with a total capacity of 4,000 tons. It will be constructed on a 4,672-square-meter site, with a total investment of 18.5 million dirhams, fully financed by the regional council.
