Geostrategic Position
The Region is perfectly situated between the economic hubs of Tangier, Nador, Kenitra and Casablanca, making it a notorious geo-strategic hub in terms of demographic flows and economic trade corridors.

Qualified human capital
The Region has a highly qualified human capital thanks to 6 universities and 266 training centers, enabling it to rank as the 2nd university hub with more than 230,000 students. It also has a City of Trades and Skills (CMC) with a capacity of 3,140 places for the year 2025, as well as renowned engineering schools (ENSAM, ENA, ENSAF, ESI2A, INSA).

Diversified transport infrastructure
The region is equipped with a road and highway network representing more than 20% of the national network and a railway network, connecting it to major ports (Nador West Med, Tanger Med, Casablanca), major cities of the Kingdom, and the international "Fès-Saïss" airport with a capacity of 3 million passengers per year, etc., with an expansion project to reach 5 million passengers per year.

Conducive business climate
The Region has a promising business environment, due in large part to the implementation of a regional incentive framework (employment bonuses,installation bonuses) and the digitization of administrative procedures.

Unique cultural heritage
The Region hosts both the world's oldest continuously operating university "Al Quaraouiyine", 4 historical Medinas representing a heritage-treasure, the Roman archaeological site of Volubilis, an intangible artistic capital of great diversity, etc.

Rich natural heritage
The Region has many natural sites : mineral springs, thermal spas, national parks of Ifrane and Tazekka, Friouato caves, mountains of Michlifen and Bouiblane in Taza, forest and herbaceous cover of more than 1,2 million ha (14% of the national forest park), etc.

Committed to social responsibility, AXA plans to create over 1,000 jobs in the region.
Hilton is a renowned global hotel chain, founded in 1919. It operates in over 120 countries with approximately 7,600 hotels and 1.2 million rooms under various brands such as Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Waldorf Astoria, and DoubleTree. Known for its hospitality, innovation, and commitment to sustainability, Hilton has invested 160 million MAD in the region, creating 400 jobs.
Greenpower is a company specializing in renewable energy, with a focus on photovoltaic solar energy. With over 20 years of expertise, it offers innovative solar solutions, including eco-friendly pyrolysis equipment and photovoltaic systems for clean electricity production. Greenpower has chosen the region for a greener energy future, investing 350 million MAD.
