You are a project holder or an investor and you are in need of land in the region? The RIC of Fez-Meknes has designed a new guide to the region’s land, combining the entire land offer intended for productive investment.
This guide is the result of a participatory approach with all the concerned partners (including developers), providing an inventory of the available land and industrial zones as well as planned business parks, through a survey carried out in collaboration with the relevant external services (Wilaya, Regional Directorate) of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, Green and Digital Economy, Communes, Developers, etc.)
All the information provided on the concerned zones (nature of the land, type of mobilization, price, type of activity, etc.) was listed, analyzed and updated in order to guarantee the consistency of the information at the regional level. This information has been organized in the form of “land sheets” by sector of activity, providing investors with the main key indicators necessary to launch their activities.
