Detail
The objective of contract-based training for employment is to allow :
-Employer to conduct recruitments for which he/she has difficulties in finding qualified candidates;
– Job seekers to improve their employability through the acquisition of the job seeker to improve his employability through the acquisition of the required skills for a specific job;
-the training operator to be aware of the labor market needs for better adaptation of the programs and pedagogy.
Eligible for contract-based training for employment are Moroccan or foreign companies (in the context of international placement). Activities can be undertaken by an employer or a group of employers.
A group of employers means a local, regional or sectoral professional association as well as any group of employers,
