This program aims at enabling companies to strengthen their human capital and retain them while controlling costs.

Detail

Monthly allowance granted: MAD 1,600 to MAD 6,000.
► Exemption during the internship period and up to the limit of a compensation of MAD 6,000 per month from payment of:

  • employer’s and employee’s contributions owed to the NSSF/PTT;
  • Income Tax (IT) for candidates registered at NAPES for 6 months and more.

►State support, during the internship period, of employer and employee contributions to the basic compulsory health insurance (CHI);

►Direct one-year State support of the employer’s share of the social security and the PTT owed to the NSSF in case of hiring the trainee on an employment contract, during or at the end of the internship (PCS).

Eligibility

Benefit terms:
  • Shortlisting of applicant by the company through a recruitment process;
  • Registration of the candidate at the NSSF in accordance with the applicable regulations;
  • Online instruction of the contract by the employer on the website of NAPES www.anapec.org ;
  • Submission for approval and signature by the employer to a NAPES agency of a file consisting of the following documents :

– 3 copies of the integration contract issued from the website, signed and sealed by the employer and the trainee;

– A certified copy of the trainee’s ID card;

– A certified copy of the trainee’s diploma;

– A trainee’s affidavit that he/she has never benefited from an integration contract (only when signing the first contract);

– A company identification form (only in the case of a new client company);

– The trainee’s NSSF registration number if not indicated on the contract.”
