This incentive is intended to promote access to public procurement for VSEs, SMEs and self-employed entrepreneurs.

Detail
Reservation for the benefit of companies of a share of 30% of the estimated amount of contracts planned for each budget year with the State administrations, local communities and public institutions.
Eligibility
- An annual turnover not exceeding MAD 75,000,000 excluding taxes or an annual balance sheet not exceeding MAD 50,000,000 excluding taxes;
- The company must be managed or administered by one or more individuals who are the owners, co-owners or shareholders;
- The workforce that the applicant has registered with the NSSF does not exceed 200 people.
