This financing offer, limited in time (2024-2025), represents a unique #opportunity to improve #tourist attractiveness, because it sets the objective of bringing back to life 25,000 hotel rooms that have not been renovated for over 5 years.
It offers a #loan which covers #renovation investments ranging from 3 to 100 million dirhams, with a maturity of up to 12 years, including 2 years of deferred amortization, in which the state takes charge of the ‘entirety of #interests. This will provide a concrete solution to the problem of aging hotel #infrastructure, taking into account in particular the #touristvision for 2030 and the exceptional events to come.
