A call for expressions of interest (AMI) is launched, from 06/06/2024, as part of a transfer, for the realization of an integrated shopping center project, on a plot of bare land belonging to the State Private Estate subject to TF n°233/F (part), with an area of approximately 3410 m², located in the commune of Taza, Province of Taza, with a sale price for the land fixed at 945dh/m².
The application file must be submitted to the platform: www.cri-invest.ma, as part of the procedure “authorization for the transfer of land in the private domain of the state, including agricultural or agricultural land and fixing the market value” and this no later than 05/07/2024 at 4:30 p.m.
