From 05/20/2024, a call for projects is launched as part of a rental, for the realization of an industrial project, on the lot of bare land n°26, with a net surface area of 2742m², belonging to the State Private Domain, located in the ex COTEF zone in Fez, with a rental price set at 5dh/m²/month.
v GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Creation of a new company (no transfer within the Region) and possibility of expansion in the event of the creation of new jobs; Industrial production activities with high added value; Job-generating activities; 2nd and 3rd category clean industry; Project completion time not exceeding 24 months from the date of obtaining the building permit (for completion of the work and commissioning).

Interested investors are invited to download from the site www.fesmeknesinvest.ma (section: AMI) the call for projects file consisting of the following documents:
The location plan of the lot The rental contract project The operating specifications The urban planning specifications The model of the form to fill out The descriptive sheet for examining compliance with the Environmental Impact Study
v SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION FILE:
The application file consists of the following documents: Request addressed to the President of the CRUI, specifying the act requested (Allocation of lots in zones dedicated to economic activity) and the lot subject to the request The form to complete (made available in the call for projects file and downloadable from the site fesmeknesinvest.ma (section: AMI)) with precise details of the financing plan, the investment program, the number and nature of the jobs to be created and the implementation schedule, accompanied by reference certificates and the descriptive sheet indicated above. The application file, indicated above, must be submitted to the platform: www.cri-invest.ma, as part of the “Allocation of lots in zones dedicated to economic activity” procedure and this before Monday 06/10/2024.
