Development of 7 logistics zones on an area of 365 Ha.
Open to private and public investment and intended to house different operators in the sector, such logistics zones will be equipped with a modern logistics infrastructure consisting of quality real estate components and adjusted to the economic activities of the region. The zones will be developed in two areas, namely logistics spaces (new generation logistics park, SME / SMI park and intermediate storage, large plots for specific logistics activities, storage and marketing of construction materials) and a second type of space for services (Road Center, reception and services to people and companies and a plot dedicated to the training center).

Special focus on Ras El Ma Logistics Zone:
The site of the Logistics Zone in Ras El Ma covers an area of 100 Ha. The first phase of this logistic zone will be built on an area of approximately 32 Ha including the following functional blocks:
- Logistics areas: new generation rental logistics park, SME/SMI rental park and intermediate storage, large plots for specific logistics activities
- Service areas: road center, reception and service center for people and companies and a plot dedicated to the training center
The Ras El Ma LZ Project will be allocated a budget of MMAD 100 as part of the Regional Development Program of Fez-Meknes region for the renovation of the first phase covering an area of 32 hectares.
