Description
A public industrial investment fund with a sum of 20 billion dirhams, will enable the industrial fabric to consolidate, upgrade and develop its substitution capacity to imported products.

Detail
A global premium for tangible and intangible investments of up to 30% of the total amount of the investment, excluding taxes. This premium can cover the following items:
• Cost of purchasing or renting land, professional buildings and industrial equipment;
• Technical assistance costs;
• Expenses related to research and development, innovation/creation (including the costs of developing new models/collections, payment of skills salaries, control and testing costs, collection purchases, external expertise related to innovation and creativity);
• Seed costs for the first three years following the effective start of the activity;
• An export growth premium of up to 10% of additional export sales;
• An annual import substitution premium: companies belonging to an ecosystem that have transferred at least 60% of their input purchases initially made abroad to industrial suppliers based in Morocco can receive an annual import substitution premium of up to 2% of these purchases;
• An annual incentive to settle in Morocco: foreign companies not based industrially in Morocco, customers of companies in ecosystems that have been the subject of performance contracts, which open representative offices in Morocco, may benefit, over the period 2015-2020, an annual incentive to settle in Morocco of up to 2% of additional annual turnover generated by its orders addressed to Morocco.
Eligibility
• Investment above MMAD 50 excluding tax or creation of at least 200 stable jobs;
• Conclusionof an investment agreement as part of the ecosystem performance contracts / Offset agreements signed between the State and its partners;
• Project carried by a key player that aims at expanding and developing its activities with a significant and structuring impact on the fabric of its suppliers or customers and improving the overall competitiveness of its ecosystem and its deep roots in Morocco.
