Equity or quasi-equity with average tickets of around MMAD 5:
– Seed Capital: financing the development of the concept or product/service. The start-up has a concept or a product/service under development and yet is not fully operational and is less than 18 months old.
– Early Stage Capital: financing for the market launch. The start-up has a pre-launch product/service or a prototype. The product/service may have already been made available on the market but the start-up has irregular sales or is not yet generating revenues. It has been existing for less than 3 years.
The intervention, by means of the funds, is made in the form of equity or quasi-equity with an average ticket of around MMAD 5.
Eligibility
Criteria:
- Be governed by Moroccan law;
- In the process of creation or created for less than 3 years;
- Submit an innovative and viable project regardless of the sector of activity.
The concept of innovation is understood in its broadest sense, it corresponds to the implementation of a product (goods or services) or a new or improved process, a new marketing method or an organizational method, it may be an innovation itself (creation) or adaptive innovation.
