Guarantee of 80% of bank loan for first-time buyers and for companies exporting to Africa, and medium and long-term loans, for a total amount less than or equal to MAD 1.2.
- No personal guarantee;
- No project-related guarantee;
- Preferential interest rate: 2% excluding tax (urban area) and 1.75% (rural area).
Eligibility
All sectors except real estate development
•Annual turnover of MMAD 10;
•Duration of 5 years (not applicable for companies exporting to Africa and for innovative farms).
