Joint financing with the banks of the renovation programs of the eligible tourist accommodation establishments.
Ceilings: RENOVOTEL’s share is limited to MMAD 20 per tourist accommodation establishment, all operations included, and this for a period of 10 years as from the date of the last financed operation.
Duration: 12 years maximum including a delay of no more than 2 years.
The maximum cost of renovation programs per room:
- 5* hotels: MAD 250 000;
- 4* hotels: MAD 200 000;
- Hotels 3*: MAD 130 000;
- 2* hotels: MAD 100 000;
- 1* hotels: MAD 80 000;
- Club Hotels (CH) : MAD 200 000;
- Hotel Residences (RH) : MAD 130 000;
- Guest houses (GH): MAD 100 000.
Eligibility
Beneficiary businesses:
Tourist accommodation establishments (5-star, 4-star, 3-star, 2-star, 1-star hotels, club hotels (CH), hotel residences (HR) and guest houses) meeting the following conditions:
- Be in operation and have at least five (5) years of continous or non-continuous operation;
- Be in regular status with respect to the tax authority and the NSSF;
- Be in good standing regarding the repayment of State advances granted under the tourism investment code;
- Should not be subject to a restructuring or judicial liquidation proceedings.
