Detail
Mezzanine SME is designed to finance:
- Investment-related needs;
- Working capital related needs.
Subordinated loan with a ceiling of MMAD 10, without exceeding the company’s capital, minus any accumulated losses.
Eligibility
Companies incorporated under Moroccan law satisfying the following conditions:
- Operating in the industry sector, industry-related services or achieving at least 20% of their turnover from exports in the last fiscal year;
- Potentially viable but underfunded;
- Not undergoing restructuring or judicial winding up.
