Detail
Guarantee of 60% of equity and quasi-equity contributions for innovative projects and 50% for other projects:
- Subscription to stocks or shares ;
- Subscription to convertible bonds;
- Subscription to participatory securities or investment certificates;
- Advances in associated current accounts.
Eligibility
- Companies governed by Moroccan law, unlisted on the stock exchange, operating in goods and/or services production.
- Companies which have not been subject to restructuring or judicial liquidation proceedings on the date of the investment of funds by the company with the purpose of providing equity and quasi-equity funds for companies.
